Ingredients
250g | Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped |
250g | Chanterelle Mushrooms, chopped |
1 | Onion, diced |
2 | Bok Choi (or a green of your choice) |
3 | Scallions, sliced |
250g | Tofu, diced |
3 cups | Bone or Vegetable Broth |
1 Tbsp | Soy Sauce |
1 Tbsp | Fish Sauce (or Tamari for vegan option) |
1 tsp | Garlic Powder |
1 tsp | Ginger Powder |
1 Tbsp | Fresh Cilantro (optional) |
Follow the steps
Step 1
Stir fry the ingredients for 10 minutes in a medium-low heat.
Step 2
Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic powder and ginger powder and keep stirring for 5 more minutes.
Step 3
Add the bone broth and turn up the heat to high.
Step 4
Once is boiling, reduce to medium-low heat and leave it cooking for 20-30 minutes.
