DIRECTIONS & USE: To make it easier to use suppositories, you might consider placing them in the fridge to ensure they are not too soft to insert. To insert the suppository, lie on your side, with one knee bent slightly. Gently insert the suppository with your finger, with the pointed end first, so it is completely inserted in your rectum. Even if the rectum feels dry, never use petroleum jelly or other lubricants as this interferes with the absorption of the medication. Lie in the same position for about 15 or 20 minutes.
