Italian Mix Plant Based (300g)




















A ground beef alternative for meatballs, pasta sauce, lasagna and more.
DIRECTIONS & USE: Add 3/4 cup of warm water to one 300g (10oz) package. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes (or up to 24 hours. refrigerated, for optimal taste/ texture). Lightly grease hands. Using 1T of mixture, form about 20 balls. Put rolled balls on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and bake until brown (10-15 minutes) at 375 degrees. Add balls to cooked pasta and your favourite pasta sauce, or in a sandwich or with any of your favourite accompaniments for a delicious Italian treat!
INGREDIENTS: Sunflower Seeds, Chia Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Ground Flaxseeds, Nutritional Yeast, Hemp Flakes, Bell Peppers, Italian Seasoning (Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, Sage, Oregano, Basil), Dried Onions, Beetroot Powder, Dehydrated Garlic.
