Ecoideas cacao beans are grown organically, then naturally dried and fermented to release their intense chocolate flavour and aroma. The cacao nibs are collected from these organically grown cacao beans. After the cacao nibs are removed from the shells, they are ground to create a rich, chocolaty powder.
In addition to being delicious, cacao powder, beans and nibs are also a superfood. They are a source of magnesium and a source of iron.
