Wholemeal lacha paratha is a type of Indian flatbread made from whole wheat flour (atta). 'Lacha' refers to the layered texture of the paratha, achieved by folding and rolling the dough several times before cooking.
DIRECTIONS & USE: Heat a non-stick pan until it reaches medium heat (no oil or butter required). Place frozen Wholemeal Lacha Paratha on a hot skillet. Place it onto the pan to cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Wholemeal Flour (Wheat) 14%, Water, Margarine (Soy - Palm Oil Based), Sugar, Salt, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
