DIRECTIONS & USE: Makes the best vinaigrette for Greek Salad. Toss with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, olives and feta cheese. Use vinaigrette to marinate chicken, pork (souvlaki), lamb or vegetables. Shake on sliced tomatoes, eggs, omelettes, fish, chicken, lamb chops, roasts, ground meats, rice dishes, pizza. Add to hummus, dips tzatziki, tabouleh add to rice, stuffings, vegetables, soups.
