DIRECTIONS & USE: Mix 1-2 scoops (30g - 60g) with 150ml of water or milk in a blender, shaker cup or mixing bowl. The protein intake should be spread throughout the day and can be taken before or after workouts and any other time to increase daily protein intake. For best results, take two servings per day. It can also be mixed with fruit and yogurt for a delicious high-protein smoothie!
