Breakfast Sausage Mix (300g)




















A plant based alternative to breakfast sausage dishes.
DIRECTIONS & USE: Add 3/4 cup of warm water to one 300g (10oz) package. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes (or up to 24 hours. refrigerated, for optimal taste/ texture). Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in 10 inch skillet. Add Breakfast Sausage Mix and cook over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and crumbled. OR make 6 patties (about 1/3 cup each). Put patties in hot pan and sear for about 2 minutes. Reduce heat and fry for about 6 minutes per side. Serve with your favourite accompaniments for any meal of the day.
