Knorr Minestrone Soup Mix is a garden medley blend of tomatoes, potatoes, pinto beans, onions, cabbage, carrots, peas, green beans and garlic. It's delicious served as a soup or when added to your favourite recipes for extra flavour.
DIRECTIONS & USE: The soup is almost ready! In a large saucepan, whisk soup mix with 4 cups (1 L) cold water. Bring to a boil over moderately high heat, whisking constantly. Lower the heat, partially cover and simmer gently for 15 minutes. (Give it a stir now and then.) Makes 4 servings.
