DIRECTIONS & USE: In a large saucepan, whisk together the soup mix, 3 cups (750 mL) of cold water, and 1 cup (250 mL) of milk. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat, partially cover, and simmer gently for 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
