A rich, dark mushroom gravy seasoned with herbs and wine. Excellent with veal, beef, lamb or game.
DIRECTIONS & USE: In saucepan, whisk package contents into 1 ¼ cups (300 mL) cold water until blended. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, about 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Makes 1 ¼ cups (300 mL) gravy.
