To tenderize & flavour the more economical cuts of meat.

DIRECTIONS & USE: Pierce meat all over. Sprinkle all surfaces. Let stand 30 minutes in refrigerator for improved flavour and texture. Use 1 tsp (5 mL) per 1 lb (500 g) of meat.
