This unique pizza is made with a base of slow roasted onions caramelized to perfection. They are spread them over a hand-stretched crust and top it all with marinated organic shiitake mushrooms, roasted red peppers and marinated artichoke hearts, plus a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. DIRECTIONS & USE: Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 °F/220 °C. Remove overwrap. Place directly on oven rack. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until crust starts to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425 °F/220 °C for 13-15 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
